Article 13-1
Workers or their survivors who meet the subsidy application criteria under Paragraph 1 of Article 10 or Paragraph 1 of Article 11, and who simultaneously or successively meet the benefit criteria of Labor Insurance for the same disability or death incident, may only select one to claim.
Article 19
These Regulations shall enter into force take effect on May 1, 2022.
Amendments to this regulation shall take effect from the date of promulgation.
