Regarding people of Mainland China who are currently enrolled in senior high school, five-year vocational college, general university or technology college or university enter Taiwan for long-term visit to their relatives in accordance with Subparagraph 1 and 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 24 of Rules Governing Permits for People of Mainland China Entering Taiwan, they are eligible to apply for participating in skill certification in accordance with Article 6 to 9 of Regulations on Technician Skills Certification and Issuance of Certificates.
The Interpretive Direction shall take effect from January 20, 2017.
