Article 1
These measures are promulgated according to Item 3 of Article 58<br />in the Handicapped Protection Law.<br />Regarding the infrastructure of the employment service institutions for the <br />handicapped, it shall Comply with this regulation, those not stated herein, <br />shall comply with other related regulations.
Article 2
The service contents of the employment service institutions for<br />the handicapped, shall provide<br />human resources, boarding servicies, according to the service <br />characteristics.
Article 3
The employment service institutions for the handicapped shall be<br />established in a place where transportation is convenient, the insfrastructure<br />shall abide by the following: <br />1.The rooms and equipment and obstacle-free environment shall take into<br /> consideration the special needs required by the handicapped.<br />2.Materials for the equipment, corners, staircases, balconies, doors, windows<br /> and elevators shall abide by safety requirements.<br />3.Lighting, ventilation of the building shall take the cleanliness and<br /> hygiene into much consideration.
Article 4
The professionals required to serve at the employment service<br />institutions for the handicapped shall meet the relevant requirements stated <br />in the measures for recruitment and training of the handicapped, according <br />to the job content and qualifications.
Article 5
Besides human resources services, the employment service<br />institutions for the handicapped, which serve 40 persons in a monthly average,<br />shall add one more person as case manager, those which serve less than 40 <br />persons, will be calculated as 40.<br />Those who provide emploment assistance evaluation, when serving a monthly 7 <br />persons, shall recruit one professional employment assistance evaluator; every<br />7 persons per 1 assistance evaluator, less than 7 shall be calculated as 7.<br />Those who provide employment matchmaking services, when serving a monthly 30 <br />persons, shall recruit one employment service staff; every 30 persons per 1 <br />service staff, less than 30 shall be calculated as 30 persons. Those who <br />seek employment through the Internet, are not calculated.<br />Those who provide supportive employment services, when serving a monthly 6 <br />persons in average, shall recruit one employment service staff; every 6 more <br />persons a nother one, those serving less than 6 persons is calculated as 6 <br />persons.
Article 6

Article 7
The employment service institutions for the handicapped shall plan<br />service rooms according to the service quantity, the indoor floor area shall <br />plan no less than five square meters per person, also a special counselling <br />room shall be planned.<br />The aforementioned institutions, if employment assistance evaluation is also <br />provided, shall set up a room specially for the employment assistance <br />evaluation.<br />The institutions stated in the item 1, if the institutions provide boarding <br />services, they shall set up bedrooms, bathrooms separately, and each service <br />beneficiary shall enjoy at least 16.5 square meters of room area.
Article 8
These measures shall take effect on the day of promulgation.
