The amendments to Article 45 were made and promulgated via the Presidential Order under Hua-Zong-1-Yi-Zi No. 11100101151 dated November 30, 2022, which shall be enforced on the date set by the Executive Yuan Promulgated by the Order of the Executive Yuan No. 1110038320 on December 21, 2022 and the Act shall become effective on January16, 2023
