1.The Directions are drawn upon for handling cases concerning a foreign employment company in violation of Article 31 of the Regulations for Permission and Supervision of Private Employment Services Institution (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations ) and making decisions.

2.The competent authorities when handling the case concerning a foreign employment company in violation of Article 31 of the Regulations shall comply with the generally legal principles stipulated in the Administrative Procedures Act and consider the decision standards in the following Table to decide abolishing or revoking the approval:
